- Waiver Note: All guests must sign a liability waiver and assumption of risk agreement before participating in the experience.
- Insurance note: Guests are strongly recommended to have comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation and interruption, emergency medical expenses, and emergency evacuation or repatriation for the duration of the trip.

48-Hour Grace Period Bookings made more than 60 days before departure may be cancelled within 48 hours of booking for a refund, less any non-recoverable credit card processing or merchant fees. After the 48-Hour Grace Period 90–61 days before departure: The 30% deposit is non-refundable. Any payments exceeding the deposit are refundable, less any non-recoverable credit card processing or merchant fees. 60 days or fewer before departure: All payments are non-refundable.
